AQUA Bathware – Warranty Terms & Conditions

Warranty Coverage

AQUA Bathware warrants its products against manufacturing defects under normal use and service conditions.

Warranty Period

  • 10 Years Warranty
    On brass faucets, mixers, diverters, and concealed bodies
  • 1 Year Warranty
    On ABS parts, plastic components, cartridges, washers, and rubber parts

The warranty period commences from the date of purchase as mentioned on the valid invoice.

Scope of Warranty

This warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects in material or workmanship
  • Functional defects arising during normal usage

During the warranty period, AQUA Bathware shall, at its sole discretion:

  • Repair the defective product, or
  • Replace the defective part or product, or
  • Provide an equivalent product if the original is discontinued

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Improper installation or installation not done by a qualified plumber
  • Damage caused by mishandling, abuse, negligence, or accident
  • Damage due to hard water, high water pressure, impurities, or sediments
  • Use of acidic, abrasive, or chemical cleaners
  • Surface deterioration due to environmental factors
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications
  • Any indirect or consequential damages

Finish Warranty & Care

Chrome and specialty finishes are covered only against manufacturing defects.
The warranty does not cover:

  • Fading, scratching, or corrosion due to improper maintenance
  • Use of harsh cleaning agents

Recommended Cleaning:
Wipe the surface only with a soft cloth.

Installation & Usage Conditions

  • Products must be installed as per standard plumbing practices
  • Water pressure must be within acceptable domestic limits
  • Warranty is valid only for domestic and standard commercial use

Inspection & Service

  • All warranty claims are subject to inspection by AQUA Bathware or its authorized service personnel
  • The decision of AQUA Bathware regarding repair or replacement shall be final and binding

Limitation of Liability

AQUA Bathware shall not be liable for:

  • Any incidental, indirect, or consequential loss or damage
  • Labor, installation, or dismantling costs

Transferability

This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

 

Design & Specification Rights

AQUA Bathware reserves the right to:

  • Modify product designs, specifications, or finishes
  • Discontinue any product without prior notice

 

Jurisdiction

All disputes shall be subject to Mathura jurisdiction only.
